TEXAS IS THE NEXT ONE TO BECOME AN OPEN RECORDS STATE

I got a email yesterday from the president of TX Care. Texas is going to be one of the many facing an adoptee access bill. It is time to write the Texas state legislatures. It is time to tell them that we here in Texas, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina want our records. Its time to show them that they are violating our constitutional rights by keep our records locked up and sealed. If you weren't born in one of these states, its time to write your state legislature to let them know that you want your birth certificate.
