APALACHICOLA, Fla.- The Apalachicola Police Department needs your help in locating a missing child.
Authorities say that 6-year-old Shararvin L. McNair was taken by her biological mother, Veronica Johnson. Shararvin's adoptive mother allowed the visit.
When Johnson did not return the child after 2 days, the adoptive mother called police. Shararvin was reported missing Monday night.
Shararvin is 3 feet tall and 50 pounds. Johnson is of German descent and has been living in Germany during the past few years.
Authorities say Shararvin and Johnson are traveling with Cedric Johnson.
Investigators have reason to believe they stayed at the Country Inn and Suites on Harrison Avenue in Panama City Sunday night. They may be traveling in a black 4-door Cadillac sedan with dark tinted windows.
