This is a petition that Indiana Open set up to be sent to state legislators. It is time for them to hear us. This petition will be sent to the Indiana legislators this coming fall with the start of the long legislative session.
If Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, and other states can attain adoptee access then so can we. Its time to step it up folks.
