Guess what? A mother friend of mine sent me these photos. They are pictures of the old Suemma Home for Unwed Mothers. You know what old maternity home is now? It is a women's detention center in Indianapolis. I wonder how of the ghosts of the women from the maternity home haunt that place now. Check out the pics. I know I get the irony of it too.

Seems to me that little has changed. As a maternity home it could be considered a womens detention center where they punished and rehabilitated rogue women.
Intersting, the maternity home I was sent to was once a convent. It is now part of DePaul University Theatre department.
