Adoption Docco Rough Cut Interviews

Here is a young adoptee who is searching for his family. What is it about adoption that makes adoptees so disposable? Why are we such threats to our missing families? I believe it is the industry itself that creates this thinking. They tell the mothers that it is being a good mother to relinquish their children. In the mean time, they tell the adoptive parents to call the mother of their adopted child a biological stranger. Really which is it? I think this kind of talk creates the hostilities between both adoptive parents and natural parents. Adoption in many cases these days is probably unncessary. I don't think the industry really cares what it does to the mothers and fathers of loss. I don't think that they care about what the loss does to the adoptee.

Because of the policies created by the industry, they have created a class of citizens that are cast aside. It is actually encouraged by the industry.
